2019 Camp Announcement!

Legends Camp, will be running two camps this summer!
Camp Dates

June 17th- 21st
The Pond Hockey Club
Charleston, SC
Aug 12th - 16th
Carolina Ice Palace
We are pleased to announce we will be running two camps this upcoming summer for year six of Legends Camp.
Legends Camp will be running a similar format to that of last years Austin Camp, to focus on the coaching and instruction. Our goal is to work with every student no matter their skill level and playing history. To accomplish this we will be guaranteeing a 4:1 Student to Instructor ratio on and off the ice.
Camp Features
4:1 Student to Instructor ratio
2 hours of ice time per day
Exclusive Coach for each day
Catered Lunch
45 Minute Video review session with your coach
Custom Jersey with name and number made by Rockstar Sports (Custom made to your chest protector, height, weight)
Apparel Package
32 Spot Cap
Placed in grouping with skill level
The two groups of 16 goalies will be separated throughout the day.
Once on the ice you will warm up with your instructor for the day. They will run you through skating drills that correlate with your drills for the day.
Rather than prepare you for each day in a mass teach, we find it better to give you the time you deserve and want with your lead instructor of the day. Teaching is our upmost priority, to make you better for the year of Men’s League ahead. Upon completion of the ice session you will meet with your goalie coach of the day. They will review your film from their station with the four members of your group, giving you a more personalized experience where you have the ability to ask questions and discuss with your coach what you would like to know. Every camper is required to fill out a questionnaire regarding their skill level and experiences for group placement. We hope to have all ranges of goaltenders but wish to place our more elite goalies together and our beginner goalies together to shape your drills and difficulty level for the day.
The cost for the camp will be 1100.00 USD. There is a 250.00 deposit for the camp. If you pay for the camp, and for some reason have to cancel, you will receive all your money back minus the cost of your custom jersey provided we can fill your spot. Otherwise you forfeit your deposit. Any money above the deposit would be returned in full. EAll jerseys will be being custom made to your size, number, and names. There will be catered lunches everyday will multiple food choices to choose from. Payment in full will be due by May 31st. Please send your deposits or full payment as friends and family to GGSUNITED30@gmail.com.
Housing will be available at Staybridge Suites (IHG)
10201 Stonelake Blvd, Austin 78759
We will update you when we block off the rooms for your booking.
More information about potential sponsors, reps and other news will be announced as the info comes in.
Thanks,
Jake Wint and Steven Schaffer

Dear Mr. Schaffer,

I sent a copy of this email to your email about a trip. I am not a member of this site as I am not a goalie. I am also very scared to type any detailed information as I am afraid of retaliation! I would like to hear your voice to know you are real and honorable!

This is about hockey equipment and you would like the information I have and I would like to know about your post.that you shared recently on GGSU. Please believe me this is not a solicited note, I am an honorable person. I can be reached mountain time as soon as possible day or night. (504) 322-9910. Please keep this confidential until after we speak. If this email shows up on your site please delete it. Thank you in advance for your time in this matter.

Best Regards,

Robin Weeks
